Hallelujah! Our first post

Thank the Lord that we are willing to begin this group-bible-study-programme, though living in different places, but still in one heart one mind to zealously SERVE the Lord Jesus.

We are the Salt and the Light of the World, as Jesus has wanted us to be.

We are in the world, yet not of the world.

We are in the darkness shining like a lamp to others' feet, leading them to the way of Salvation

We are the salt which seasons godliness in the depraved world,

and preserves human morale from decay.

This is our aim, isn't it?
Unfortunately, today i just heard from a conversation with my dad and mom, an Indon Brother & a couple, noting that many brothers and sisters who WERE once fervent and good vessels of God, ARE now NO LONGER here in church just because of a small challenge in faith---change in environment.

We are here to leave our footprints, to give ourselves an answer to this very question, will we be like them in the future? Who knows? Well, only God and you yourself.

感谢主，我们能组织这“团体查经计划”。虽然我们住在不同地方，但我们同心同意热心地侍奉主耶稣。

我们是世上的盐和光，也就是耶稣对我们的希望。

我们生在这世上，但并不是属世的。

我们在黑暗中犹如灯笼照亮他人的脚，带领他们走这得救的道路。

我们是那在这沦落地世界里调出神圣的盐，

及保守人道以防止衰变。

这是我们的目的，对不对？

不幸的，今天我刚听到爸爸和妈妈的谈话，一位印尼弟兄和他的家人，曾经是非常热情的弟兄姐妹也是神的好器皿，可惜，好景不长在，因为一个小小地环境的改变，现在已经不在教会了。

我们在这里留下我们的脚印，对这个问题给我们自己一个答案，将来我们会不会像他们一样？谁知道？哼，只有神和你自己知道……
