Darjeeling,
A land so blessed with nature,
where I raised my voice to sing and praise.
Hills that are enriched with culture,
have had I to hum the melody of Holy City.
The Queen of the Hills enchanted my innermost being
with the Beauty of Her Majesty;
and with Her Fragrance
of Tea that famed throughout the world.
Escorted by the glory of the Himalayas,
and the mesmerizing snow that gives her color.
