God didn't want to: reveal His name Jesus in the Old Testament but only granted as the New Testament unveiled, till now and forever more. Why so? Why did God not proclaim His name early in the medieval period of Moses so that all generations may also know His name?
Because... God did not want the people in the Old Testament to attempt to SAVE, but rather God HIMSELF wanted to descend from His Throne, to SAVE us all, by making Himself a perfect sacrifice. (Note: Jesus means He Saves)
